Inospace Red Box Security

Red Box Security is not just about safety, it’s about how we treat our Security Guards.

Inospace Red Box Security across our Serviced Business Parks

When we started acquiring older industrial sites we noticed that most housed their security guards in horrible wooden structures called hokkies*. To us, the idea of spending millions on buildings, yet giving those who put their lives on the line such sub-standard accommodation was inconceivable.

That is how our trademark Red Box Guard House was born. Air-conditioned in summer, heated in winter, with modern bathrooms, high safety features and full modern conveniences - our Red Boxes reflect what we think about security. It’s the first thing we build when we transform industrial properties into Serviced Business Parks.

And since security guards are the first people that South Africans encounter as they enter buildings, they are our best brand ambassadors. So isn’t it obvious how they should be treated?
