At our logistics parks, our park manager plays an important role in ensuring that our clients have the best experience possible. They are responsible for making sure that our park runs smoothly every day, and that our clients’ needs are always met.
This includes:
Community and Marketing needs: Our park manager is responsible for overseeing community events and ensuring that our client’s needs are met. They also make sure that our marketing efforts are effective and that our logistics parks remain a great place to be.
Team Management: Our park manager manages a team of professionals who look after the day-to-day running of the logistics park.
Financial: Our park managers are responsible for assisting with month-end billings, arrears and other park-related duties.
This position would be best suited for someone with previous experience in property management, hospitality, or similar client centric roles. As this is a management role previous management experience will be advantageous.
The Utilities Administrator will be responsible for providing support to ensure that the utility recoveries are accurate and dealing with any enquiries or incorrect rates with relevant municipalities.
As the Utilities Recoveries Administrator, you are responsible for providing support to ensure that utility recovery ratios are accurate. Someone who pays keen attention to detail your every day will include reviewing utility management performance reporting for each property, ensuring regular updates of electricity, solar and water usage, assisting the Park Manager with technical query resolution, ensuring the accuracy of reconciliations and reviewing budgets and forecasts to ensure they are correct to tariff increases applied.
It is mandatory that you have experience liaising with meter reading service providers and the ability to do recovery calculations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review Utility recovery ratios per property to ensure they are accurate
- Handle any Municipality queries to ensure Recovery ratios are accurate for billings
- Manage performance reporting per property and report any trends
- Ensure updates of electricity, water usage and Solar are accurately recovered and reconciled
- Supporting Property Finance Administrators with any technical query resolution
It is important to note that the person in this position must have at least 2 – 5 years of experience dealing with Gauteng Municipalities around utilities as well as meter reading service providers.
At our logistics parks, our community manager plays an important role in ensuring that our clients have the best experience possible. They are responsible for making sure that the park runs smoothly every day, and that our clients’ needs are always met.
This includes:
Community and Marketing Needs: Our community manager plays a key role in assisting the park manager with any community events and ensuring that our client’s needs are met. They also make sure that our marketing efforts are effective and that our parks remain a great place to be. This includes all front-of-house duties.
Team Management: Our community manager works alongside our park managers to manage a team of professionals who look after the day-to-day running of the park.
This position would be best suited for someone with previous office management, receptionist, hospitality, or a similar client-centric role. This position will help the successful team member build up to park management level.
Our handyman role functions to perform maintenance tasks and assist to ensure effective and efficient maintenance of the logistics park, including support and assistance to the park manager and maintenance manager at various properties as required.
These duties vary from cleaning of the logistics park, gardening, to general maintenance work.
Please note that you must either have a valid work permit or be a South African citizen.Previous experience in building or construction is beneficial.
