A track record of performance

2017

Inospace launched with two parks in Epping, Cape Town. Buffet Investments and KLT International shortly thereafter entered into a strategic partnership, acquiring a 50% joint venture interest.

2018

Inospace deployed R1 billion of capital into industrial, storage and last-mile logistics parks across Cape Town, Johannesburg and Glasgow, growing its footprint across South Africa and the UK.

2020

Buffet–KLT partially exited, selling to Setso Investments. Inospace exited the UK and launched a storage pilot programme, expanding beyond traditional light-industrial formats.

2022

Inospace merged R1.25 billion of assets with Fortress REIT into the jointly controlled Inofort, growing to over 50 sites across Cape Town and Johannesburg.

2023

Inospace launched LISA, a proprietary smart-leasing platform, alongside e-commerce fulfilment services - embedding technology and data into the core of its operations.

2024

Setso Investments exited, selling its interest back to management. With a refreshed leadership team, Inospace pursued strategic growth across Cape Town.

2025

Remaining Buffet and KLT ownership interests were consolidated into a single unified holding structure, simplifying shareholding and aligning long-term strategic control.

2026

Inospace expands its self storage and micro warehousing - two of the fastest-growing segments in global real estate, adding new parks across South Africa.
