We purchase or manage industrial and mixed-use properties that can be transformed into logistics parks. Our proprietary processes and systems target new sites using data, analytics and acquisition models that allow us to source high-yielding investment opportunities.
We convert properties into improved, efficient, flexible workspaces. Optimisation projects are conducted within six month periods. Each park has a three year plan, designed according to our model, this indicates the park grading and segmented spatial product mix.
Our in-house and integrated marketing platform, which manages the entire lease-to-lead process, allows us to speedily fill-up-and-sell spaces while dealing with existing clients' changing needs and requirements.
We maximise the value of our assets with an active and ongoing asset management programme, with the majority of functions performed internally. On-site park management teams are empowered and incentivised to make decisions supported by our operational platform.
