The spaces are designed for various business activities; however, we generally do not allow heavy, medium, or light industrial activities. We are open to discussing this on a case-by-case basis to accommodate your specific business needs. You can store household items, retail goods, e-commerce stock, tools, equipment, documents, and business inventory. However, the storing of hazardous materials and perishable goods is prohibited.
