Besides the friendly and well-trained security guards on-site, we have a number of other safety interventions from electric fencing to closed-circuit cameras. All guards are aligned to a local armed response company, city improvement networks and local police.
Most units have prepaid electricity meters installed. This makes it easier to budget and monitor consumption. Any units that don’t yet have prepaid meters will have separate electricity meters in order to avoid subsidizing another tenant’s usage.
All our parks have a manned reception for your convenience. Our Community Managers are there to welcome your guests, provide information and interact with couriers and delivery people.
Each inospace park has a dedicated Park Manager who is your first port of call for all enquiries, requests, planning and maintenance issues. The Park Managers and their teams are there to ensure everything runs smoothly and optimally.
In our business hubs you’ll always have clean, quiet, modern and well-equipped meeting rooms to meet with clients, colleagues and fellow members.
In all our parks you’ll find a handy, fully-kitted business hub with meeting rooms, equipped kitchen and pause areas. We invest in all the latest technology so you don’t have to. You’ll find wi-fi and large screen TVs in each business hub.
All locations that have access to fibre have been fully wired and are ready for business from the day you move in. In areas where no fibre is yet available, all the tech is already in place for you to go live when it becomes available.
At each park there is either a café, restaurant or shared kitchen to fuel you through the day without wasting valuable time. In some parks there will be a combination of these facilities.
All our industrial parks are truck friendly, with the majority of them featuring dual entrances and direct interlink access.
All our units are serviced by three-phase power, and many of our sites have ultra-high power industrial capabilities.
One of the advantages of moving away from the congested parts of town to an inospace park is that there is sufficient parking for you, your staff and your visitors.
