The spaces are designed for various business activities; however, we generally do not allow heavy, medium, or light industrial activities. We are open to discussing this on a case-by-case basis to accommodate your specific business needs.
Our leasing terms are flexible, with options for 1 or 2 years. Importantly, Inospace offers a 30-day and halfway exit clause in your favour for all leases, ensuring your peace of mind.
Yes, the Logistics Coordinator can assist with moving items in and out of your unit. Additionally, with Private CCTV monitoring in place, every activity is conducted smoothly and securely.
Your products' security is our top priority. Alongside your private CCTV and the vigilance of Red Box Security, the packing station is accessible only through biometric authentication. Your products are also stored in secure courier cages while awaiting dispatch or collection. You have the liberty to manage your security arrangements as you see fit, but we encourage you to consult your Park Manager for any significant changes.
Electricity is billed at a fair use policy rate of R420 per month.
