In-house Leasing and Sales
Inospace is unique in that every leasing and sales touchpoint with our clients, from their initial enquiry to the lease process, is handled by a member of the in-house team. Dealing directly with our clients sits at the centre of our strategy and allows us to manage prices and drive occupancy levels and rental pricing.
We offer our tenants various flexible lease packages, which allow them to exit certain leases on pre-arranged terms. Client flexibility is core to our customer offering. It retains clients in all parts of its business life cycle, attracts significant market demand, drives rental prices upwards, and brings in new types of users looking for on-demand spaces.
We have a customer-first culture, and we build direct relationships with the business and individuals in our parks. Inospace focuses on providing a service to clients beyond the space they rent, and the data and insight allow us to enhance our product offering and facilities constantly.
Our parks offer a wide variety of spaces in three categories:
- Offices: Office spaces for businesses to operate from, or to supplement other industrial or storage spaces in the park - from 10m2 micro offices to mega offices of over 500m2.
- Storage: Storage options include warehouse, storeroom and self-storage spaces. Many parks have secure, refurbished container storage options, as well as outdoor yards and storage spaces.
- Industrial: A wide range of refurbished industrial units from 50m2 all the way to mega units of over 5 000m2, all with roller shutters and easy truck access.
Inospace clients are connected via networking and business programmes run by our Park Managers and our online InoCircle platform.
