In early 2017, we opened our doors to our first branded business park in Epping Industria Cape Town. From the outset we committed to delivering an unmatched offering at a lower overall cost and saw ourselves not as a property investor with tenants but as a solutions-driven platform. Initially our clients consisted of traditional industrial property users from small businesses to larger ones. Through repositioning industrial properties into serviced business parks, we have created a scalable business which honours our mission.
Today, our growing network of sites represents businesses across multiple industries, including well-known brands and blue-chip companies. In many ways we are a traditional property company; we own and manage high quality, well located buildings which we refurbish and reposition, but it is how we innovatively attract and retain clients that differentiates our business model.
