Meet our executive team

Rael Levitt

Founder and CEO

Rael holds two MBAs – from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business and the National University of Singapore. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector and has successfully founded several leading real estate companies. A born leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, Rael is innovative, eternally optimistic and strives for continuous improvement. He loves to travel, has authored his own book, reads incessantly and runs marathons.

Bruce Sneddon

Chief Financial Officer

Bruce is the custodian of Inospace’s finances and systems. As a chartered accountant, he has over 30 years’ experience in listed groups, including leading large finance teams, building tech-based systems, and raising funds for multinational companies. On weekends Bruce can be found playing water polo, golf, on his surf-ski or at home with his wife and three sons.

Jodi Sher

Chief Marketing & Product Officer

Jodi has over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising and has launched and led two advertising agencies. Before joining Inospace in 2019, she developed integrated strategy and communication campaigns for blue-chip brands, locally and internationally. She takes a client-centric approach and believes that strategy should always be driven by insight and lead to meaningful solutions. Her true passion is uplifting communities and she dedicates whatever time she can to non-profit welfare projects and business mentoring.

David Bernstein

Chief Operating Officer

David heads up new investments, asset and project management. He ensures that the company’s acquisitions, assets and investment strategies grow the group. Before joining Inospace, David qualified as a chartered accountant and worked for Heriot Properties as CFO of their African portfolio. In his spare time, David loves being in nature, photographing wildlife and spending time with his wife and young son.

David Bernstein

Chief People Officer

David is a seasoned HR professional with 20+ years of experience in people development, strategy, and building organisational culture. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a degree in HR and Advanced Labour Management and has been recognised with numerous accolades, including a top 10 Sage small business award. David leverages his expertise to create effective strategies aligned with the company's goals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching the news, coaching and playing sports.
